Grief as Sacred Transition is a gentle healing evening designed to offer exactly that: a grounded, spiritually held space to be with your loss — not to rush through it, fix it, or make it mean something before you are ready.
This is a space to slow down, be seen, and let what is moving in you — move.

No. Grief does not have a timeline, and this space does not require your loss to be recent. Many participants carry grief that is years or even decades old — grief that has never had proper space to be witnessed. If something is still present in your heart, it belongs here.
This is a healing space — tears are welcome and expected. Vandana has held hundreds of people through deep emotional experiences and knows how to create safety for whatever arises. You will not be alone in whatever comes up, and nothing will be rushed. The space is designed to hold exactly this.
No — and it is not intended to be. This is a complementary healing experience that works on the energetic, spiritual, and emotional layers of grief. It is not therapy, and Vandana is not a therapist. If you are in active crisis or require clinical support, please also engage with a qualified mental health professional. Many participants attend this workshop alongside therapy.
Wear something comfortable. Bring a journal if you like — paper will be available. Arrive gently: avoid a rushed drive if you can. Come a few minutes early to settle. Carry a water bottle to stay hydrated. There is no preparation required — only the willingness to be present with yourself for one evening.
