Fear in the Field is a grounded healing workshop designed to support the release of anxiety, phobias, and deeper layers of fear that may still be living in your body and energy field — held there long after the mind has tried to move on.
This is not a workshop about positive thinking, breathing exercises, or managing symptoms. It is about meeting fear in the energetic and somatic layers where it actually lives — and creating the conditions for it to begin releasing.

Yes — this workshop is specifically designed for fear that has been held for a long time and hasn't responded to conventional approaches. That said, this is not clinical therapy or a substitute for professional mental health support. If you are in active crisis or require ongoing clinical care, please also work with a qualified professional. Many participants attend alongside therapy — the two approaches work at different layers and complement each other well.
Fear is not only a thought pattern or a mental experience — it is also a somatic and energetic one. The body holds the imprint of past fear activations: in muscle tension, nervous system patterns, and the subtle energy field that surrounds and interpenetrates the physical body. This workshop works at all these layers simultaneously — which is why it can reach what talking alone often cannot.
No. This workshop is designed for all levels. Complete beginners often experience the most tangible shifts, because there is less conceptual filtering. Those with years of practice frequently find the work goes to depths they haven't accessed before. You need only arrive with an openness to be present with yourself.
Wear something loose and comfortable. Avoid stimulants (coffee, alcohol) in the hours before. Eat lightly. Arrive a few minutes early to settle — not rushed. Bring a journal and water bottle. The most important preparation is simple: come with nothing to prove and a willingness to be present.
