Payment Policy Due to the close proximity of the retreat start date, full payment of $1,888 is required upon registration to secure your space at this special rate.

Cancellation & Refund Policy Because this is a limited-time promotional rate and the retreat is less than 60 days away, the following strict policy applies:

All payments are non-refundable. We are unable to offer cash refunds for cancellations for any reason.

Transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant (friend or family member) up until February 20, 2026, pending prior notification and approval from VanSinha LLC.

Retreat Cancellation In the unlikely event that VanSinha LLC must cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to us. Please note that we are not responsible for external costs incurred, such as flights, visas, or personal expenses.

Travel Insurance (Strongly Recommended) We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. This protects your investment in the event that you must cancel due to medical emergencies, flight delays, or other unexpected life events.
