Cancellation Policy
Your place at the Sohum Retreat is confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of $500. This deposit secures your spot and is applied toward your total retreat investment.
• Energy Exchange: $2,222
• Final Balance Due: December 30th, 2025
Cancellations:
• Cancellations made before January 15, 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund of the amount paid (excluding the $500 deposit).
• After January 15, 2026, no refunds will be issued. However, your spot may be transferred to another participant with prior approval.
In the unlikely event that VanSinha LLC must cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit. Please note that we are not responsible for other costs incurred such as flights, visas, or personal expenses.
We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and unexpected events.
