WHAT THIS WORK IS
You are the living edge of a long line.
The patterns, vows, and unfinished griefs of the foremothers and forefathers often live in us before we ever recognize them as ours. They were carried in — through lineage, through the body, through the field you inherited before you had any say in the matter.
This is not about blaming the people who came before you. Most of them carried what they carried with no room and no tools to set it down. It is about something quieter and more powerful: becoming the one in the line who finally meets the pattern consciously.
The room is convened in collaboration with higher and divine consciousness, and anchored in the steadying presence of the living earth. From there, the field decides which thread of the lineage is most ready to be witnessed — and we attune and follow.
Nothing is forced. What is ready releases; what is not ready is left in peace.
When one person meets an inherited pattern consciously, something shifts for the whole line — for those who came before, and for those who come after.

What to expect
Arrival & convening
We settle, and the space is convened. Most people feel the shift when the field forms.
Teaching
How inheritance actually works in the field: what travels down a lineage, how to recognize what's yours versus what arrived with you, and why one conscious meeting can do what generations of endurance could not.
Guided ancestral journey
A held, guided experience of meeting the lineage — witnessing what the line carries and what it is ready to release. You remain in your own experience throughout.
Ritual & energetic release
A simple, grounded ritual of release and honoring, held within the group field and anchored in the earth.
Integration & closing
Anchoring what shifted, honoring the line, and a take-home practice for the days that follow.
No experience with energy work or ancestral practice is needed. You don't need to know your family history — the field knows the line.

Vandana Sinha
Vandana Sinha works in layered healing and direct collaboration with higher and divine consciousness. Trained across four established traditions — Reiki, Pranic Healing, the Akashic Records, and Theta Healing — she now works from direct collaboration with the field itself. She holds private sessions, weekly workshops in Orange County, and a free monthly Full Moon Transmission for a global community, and writes weekly on Substack on consciousness, healing, and the deeper architecture of inner change.
